We believe the success of any manpower services can be attributed to the way in which we approach the business.Our philosophy is that all guards are direct employees of Hawk Eye.They are carefully selected, thoroughly vetted and properly trained. The company believes in 3 main cafeterias of providing quality manpower which is selection, training & supervision 

Selection

Utmost importance is given to recruitment of personnels in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as company policy. This includes a minimum standard of education, age , physical fitness and background check. All personnel are subjected to police versification and further our internal security officer is responsible for physical verification & background checks.

Training Academy

Before deployment, all our personnel undergo a basic training course which imparts them skill to perform and understand their duties efficiently. In addition to basic guarding & facility management skills, they are taught first aid, fire fighting, human interaction skills & give other knowledge regarding their duty.

Supervision

We have a strong operation team comprising of Managers, field officers & supervisors who regularly check our sites & guards. They are constantly in communication with each other & the control room through mobile communication systems comprising 40 stations. This enables our clients & guards to obtain assistance whenever required, round the clock. We have 24*7 supervision control. Our client service representatives are constantly taking feedback from clients regarding the facility management staff & guards to make improvements .

Training partner with NSDC

We have been selected as a training partner with NSDC ( National & Skill Development Corporation) under the ministry of Skill development, Government of India. We are authorized to conduct courses in the field of security and facility management & on completion we provide a certificate endorsed by the Government to the candidates..
